We aim to examine the efficacy of ClockWork, is a behavioral weight loss intervention comprised of coaching sessions as well as digital monitoring, in managing women’s weight during the postpartum period. Women will receive 8-12 coaching sessions to learn intervention content, and set goals related to health. Sessions are delivered in-person or phone to fit women’s needs postpartum. Compensation will be provided.
